The amount of medical information that people have access to on the Internet is staggering. 

The downside of this is that people are becoming more and more confused about what to do when they’re sick and can’t figure out why. 

 

So many options, so many opinions…you can get lost in the possible diagnosis and treatments.

You could self diagnose and try treatments endlessly without results.

What makes matters worse, this sea of information is polluted by marketing content that’s written and designed to look like science to sell you a health-care-product.

 There is a lot of bad science out there.

Vegetarian, Carnivore, Vegan, Paleo, Keto or Pescatarian? Pegan (Paleo/Vegan) or Macrobiotic? Or are you just eating SAD (Standard American Diet) Are you eating Mediterranean or doing a Whole30? How many diets are there? What’s the deal with the Potato diet?

How can we navigate through all the nonsense to find what truly works for you?

But as much as we’d like to believe we’re all unique snowflakes, the truth is that there are fundamental scientific principles that do apply to us all.

To find the solution we must first identify the problem.

This is also tricky because if you search an average set of symptoms Dr. Google may spit out a series of ailments starting with Irritable bowel syndrome and finishing up with a brain tumor.

I believe everyone has a story. We all have a certain history. We are born with a certain set of genetics. Then we shape those through our upbringing and then our lifestyle and the choices we make. Every day.
